My body transformation

Why did I create this blog? I wanted to share with you guys my own body transformation story in the hope it would help some of you make positive changes also! In 2014, I went from your average gym goer to a bikini competitor in just 9 months. It made me realise how little I knew about the importance of having the right training and nutrition in place.
I used to use the gym 3 to 4 times per week and thought I had a fairly good diet (you know, a few good meals of protein and carbs and a daily Kit-Kat to take to the office!). I wasn't seeing any changes. I lifted heavy, my muscles felt like they were growing but I couldn't achieve the definition I wanted. What was I doing wrong?
Setting myself the challenge of competing in a bikini contest was the start of a new journey for me. It helped me discover the secrets to getting the fit body I dreamed of. After my first bikini competition, I decided I wanted to learn even more about exercise and diet and its effect on muscle tone and fat loss. I went on to compete in a further 7 shows and completed qualifications in personal training and nutrition. I now spend most of my spare time (when I'm not working, in the gym or prepping meals!) researching and helping other women who also want to change their life and gain more confidence, be it through bodybuilding, contest prep or by following one of my workout and diet plans.
You don't need to take part in a competition to transform your body; you just need to be determined and willing to make the changes to your diet and exercise routine!
I now offer the following body transformation programmes to help you get in shape for a special event, such as a wedding, holiday or photo shoot. Or maybe you've just decided it's time to get in shape! It doesn't matter what your reason is; I'm here to help.
The packages include: training and food plans (with macronutrient breakdown), supplement guidance, daily WhatsApp support and weekly progress check-ins. Clients who follow my programmes typically lose around 1-1.5lb per week...the harder you work, the bigger the results!
